Direct Line Tele Response has been providing professional answering services since 1979.

One of the areas we are most proud of is, in an industry that traditionally has very high turnover, we have been able to keep ours down. We have accomplished this by providing fair wages, staying flexible to keep a good work/life balance and providing a comfortable positive work environment.
In addition to celebrate 39 years of 24 hour call center service, we also celebrated our day supervisor, Donna Brown’s 15th anniversary with Direct Line. We now have four team members with at least 15 years tenure, and many more with 10+. Most are the leaders that the rest of our staff look up to each day and provide the continued guidance to keeping our service delivery standards high.
Although we started in 1979 exclusively providing medical answering services, we quickly realized we would need to be a solution to all businesses. We have just launched our new site, employeehotlines.com which will be promoting a growing sector of our business.
