Secure interactive text messaging works as a software-as-a-service platform. It sends message notifications (not the actual message) in a manner that is HIPAA compliant. Authorized users can securely access sensitive patient information once they receive a notification that a message is pending. The recipient is either emailed or texted a notification that links to the information.
